Role Summary:
What You'll Be Doing:
Build and own all content, marketing and promotional publishing across the EU websites & apps using the CMS and personalisation/optimisation tool.
Launch/ lead medium to long term related projects/features including delivery and returns initiatives, payment methods and segmentation strategies amongst others.
Oversee all aspects of the online customer journey and identify opportunities to enhance.
Deliver seasonal brand updates across devices
