Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one or group tutoring sessions tailored to students' individual needs and learning styles Develop customised lesson plans and educational materials to enhance understanding and engagement Assess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Support students with homework, exam preparation, and skill development across various subjects Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment that promotes confidence and motivation Maintain clear communication with parents, guardians, or staff regarding student progress and areas for improvement Uphold confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding policies when working with children or vulnerable learners

Qualifications

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, ideally with children or students requiring special education support Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently Knowledge of educational best practices and curriculum standards across Urdu curriculum Experience working with children, including those with special educational needs, is highly desirable Organised, reliable, and committed to supporting student success A recognised qualification in Urdu is essential Must be have a valid enhanced CRB/DBS certificate

Must be a qualified Urdu Teacher*

Must have a good command of the English language*

Must have their own resources*

All applicants must be over 21*
