Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and email marketing initiatives. Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters. Utilise Adobe Creative Suite to design visually appealing marketing materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise future efforts. Provide leadership in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new campaigns. Maintain an organised approach to project management, ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, particularly Google Ads and email marketing platforms. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous for content creation. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership qualities that foster teamwork and collaboration. A solid understanding of market analysis techniques and consumer behaviour insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
