Requirements of Customer Assistant

You will be dressed smartly, friendly, approachable, and eager to help our valued customers. A smile goes a long way. The majority of time will be spent assisting our customers and Sales Executives

Must be able to work weekends with days off during the week

Responsibilities of Customer Assistant

You will be assisting our customers with meet and greet, helping them to view our wide range of cars, arranging test drives, assisting with handovers, predominantly helping with the car display area, and working with our Sales Executives to provide an excellent customer service experience. The role will suit someone who has a background in Customer Service in a retail environment or the hospitality trade. The right applicant will hold a full UK driver's license and be available to work weekends, as this is our busiest time.
