Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in used car sales and telemarketing, with proven experience in utilising CRM software and strong dealings with finance companies. This role requires exceptional communication skills in English. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with clients.

Duties

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base. Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within Salesforce or other CRM software. Build rapport with clients through excellent communication and follow-up practices. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that support sales efforts.

Requirements

3 years minimum car sales experience. Full UK driving licence held for more than 3 years. Flexible to work weekends. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all client information is accurately recorded and maintained.
