We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our reputable automotive dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored vehicle solutions. Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers through various channels, including face-to-face, phone calls, and digital communication, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles, upselling additional features or services to maximise sales opportunities.
Manage customer relationships using CRM software to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
Organise appointments and follow-up meetings to ensure a seamless sales process.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current vehicle models, features, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to clients.
Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving individual and team sales targets.
Assist in organising test drives and vehicle demonstrations for prospective buyers.
Ensure all customer interactions adhere to professional standards of communication and organisational skills.
Qualifications
Proven experience in car sales or a related automotive sales role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on effective phone etiquette.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales management tools.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging with diverse clientele.
Demonstrated ability in upselling and closing sales successfully.
Knowledge of B2B sales processes is desirable but not essential; training will be provided where necessary.
