We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at one of the leading used car dealers in the picturesque Cotswolds area.

Salary and Benefits:

On-Target Earnings (OTE): 65,000 - 75,000 Attractive earning potential in a thriving environment 5-day work week, which includes one weekend day A fantastic opportunity to advance your career in the automotive industry!
Key Responsibilities:

Provide customers with knowledgeable and credible advice of our vehicles for sales. Maximise sales opportunities through proactive follow-up on enquiries. Present customers with our finance and extended warranty options. Follow established sales processes to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives while ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enquiries. Perform thorough appraisals of all vehicles presented for part exchange. Stay informed about FCA Compliance Assessments and adhere to Insurance Code of Business guidelines. Support the implementation of the business strategy and objectives. Deliver exceptional service to customers, business partners, and suppliers. Take proactive steps for personal and professional development in line with business needs. Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.
