Key Responsibilities:
Build lasting relationships with customers, guiding them through their car-buying journey.

new, used and commercial vehicles
matching customers with the right vehicle for their personal needs.
Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets with your winning attitude.
Requirements:
Previous sales experience is essential.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Drive and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a full driving licence.

What you will need
Required criteria
At least 1 years previous experience in a sales environment working towards targets
A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C including Maths and English
Full valid driving license required
A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure
Be able to work independently and also as part of a team
Positive, confident, determined approach
Driven to meet targets
Time management skills
Strong planning and organisational skills
Desired criteria
* Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous
