The User Acquisition (UA) team at Incline Gaming Marketing is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to join our team in London. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional data skills and a proven track record of managing campaigns for clients across multiple media buying platforms.
As a User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for executing the user acquisition strategy defined by the leadership team. You will translate this high-level strategy into world-class, hands-on campaign management for Incline's growing portfolio of iGaming clients in the EMEA region. You will be responsible for the hands-on, daily management of paid media campaigns, leveraging platforms like Meta (Facebook), Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic channels to scale our efforts and drive results.
Experience with stakeholder management is key, as you will be liaising directly with clients to ensure campaign performance is perfectly aligned with their goals. If you have successfully managed large budgets and can juggle multiple priorities while delivering outstanding execution, we would love to talk to you. On top of some great perks and benefits, you will be working with a top-class leadership team, who can mentor & grow you to the next level and help you gain skills and experience to elevate your career.
What you'll be doing:
Manage and optimise Paid Media campaigns daily across a variety of paid channels, including Paid Social, Paid Search, and programmatic platforms.
Proactively monitor campaigns to troubleshoot issues, identify under-performance, and implement effective solutions.
Conduct regular competitive analysis for key clients and markets to inform strategic adjustments.
Drive growth for a growing portfolio of iGaming clients, ensuring strategies are tailored to the EMEA market.
Liaise directly with clients to report on performance, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure all campaign activity aligns with their primary goals.
Take ownership of significant advertising budgets, making data-driven decisions to maximise ROI and campaign performance.
Continuously test and optimise creatives, keywords, and targeting, justifying all creative requests with data-backed hypotheses.
Create and maintain detailed weekly performance reports covering key metrics, budget pacing, and actionable insights. Review client-facing reports with senior leadership to ensure quality and strategic alignment.
Develop and maintain clear guides and documentation to ensure consistent and effective management of your accounts.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test new concepts designed to attract and convert high-quality users.
What we're looking for:
3-4 years of experience in Paid Social, Paid Search, and at least one other advertising channel (e.g., Programmatic, Native).
Proven experience managing large paid advertising budgets.
Excellent client communication and management skills.
Creative problem-solving skills and the analytical prowess to back it up.
A hunger to continuously learn for yourself and from others in the web & mobile advertising space.
A process-oriented mindset with exceptional organisation and drive to get things done efficiently and to a high standard.
A desire to automate repetitive tasks and find efficiencies in your workflow.
Fluent (working proficiency) to native in the English language.
Right to live & work in the UK (please note, sponsorship is not available for this role).
Familiarity with the iGaming industry is a significant plus, and a passion for sports is highly desirable.
Why should you apply?
You are looking for the next step in your career as a performance marketer and want to expand your skills to new channels and markets.
You are a data-driven problem-solver who enjoys the hands-on challenge of utilising complex data to scale campaigns.
You are proactive and want to use the latest tools & AI to change processes and speed up your workflow.
You are a natural collaborator, adept at managing client communications and working effectively within a team.
You are looking to have fun, gain new skills, take on significant responsibility, and learn from the best.
You have an interest in multiple sports and/or gambling.
You like to work independently and remotely, but equally enjoy being part of a team.
