We are seeking a talented and dedicated Internal Communications and Engagement Specialist to join our team and support our internal communications initiatives.

Job Profile

Our User Experience (UX) team is responsible for defining the user driven quality standards for our content & ensuring we meet them.

The UX Tester will be responsible for reviewing newly created content and providing feedback on quality and accuracy. They will also be responsible for reviewing existing user journeys and content to look out for improvements. The UX Tester will gather research to identify gaps and spot errors in live content, plus working with stakeholders to build innovative content going forwards.

They will work closely with our Content teams to propose content change on the back of reviews & will collaborate regularly to ensure standards are understood & adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review & test content pre-publishing
  • Test simulations, ensuring they represent the physical product
  • Ensure troubleshooter scripts are accurate, complete and provide resolutions
  • Confirm specifications, icons and other product specific content is correct & that search articles are accurate, relevant & informative
  • Check content for spelling & grammar mistakes
  • Review choice of wording to ensure it is clear and comprehensible to all users
  • Evaluate customer journeys & content, working with innovative tools such as Figma to suggest enhancements as applicable
  • Liaise with content and simulation creators, providing clear feedback
  • Work with the Quality & Insights team to identify content gaps and enhancements
  • Adhere to our accuracy standards so that our quality performance metrics are maintained
  • Respecting the value of information by following Likewize\'s data protection / information security policies and procedures

  • Utilise and appraise available insight to improve live content
  • Ensure the right content is delivered appropriately (format)
  • Champion good quality standards to DD teams
Skills/Experience
  • Content proofreading experience
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well with digital tools and technologies
