FI Real Estate Management, one of the UKs most established names in commercial property and asset management are seeking for an admin strong individual to join the team as a Utilities Administrator.
This role is essential in providing support across various functions within the organisation, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative and clerical skills, enabling them to contribute effectively to our dynamic environment.
This role is office based, Monday to Friday and is a full time, permanent opportunity.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Collate all meter readings, submitting to energy suppliers and verifying to supplier bills
Submit change of tenancies to suppliers following tenants entering and exiting units
Assist in arranging new energy contracts/supplies
Collate data for tenant queries
Liaise with the energy suppliers and the property team to ensure any meter installations or removals are carried out in a timely manner
Collate and track EPC certificates
Arrange with Asset managers and Property managers on new EPC assessments
Monitor energy usage using collated data
Compile reports and provide updates to Energy and Sustainability Manager
Monitor Utilities mail box
Raising of Purchase Orders
Processing of invoices
Input meter reads into recharge templates to create tenant charges
Liaise with Finance and Credit Control for correctly recharging tenants for energy usage
Qualifications & Experience
Previous office or administrative experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Excel; Outlook; Word
High attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
Ability to work as an effective team member
Qualified to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
