Utilities Payable Specialist

to help us ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of invoices and supplier payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Process high-volume invoices accurately and on time Prepare client reporting and presenting during monthly meetings On-boarding and off-boarding set-up and notifications to utilities companies and local councils. Review and reconcile suppliers' statements and resolve discrepancies Submit accurate meter reads to ensure proper usage is recorded. Prepare and process weekly payment runs. Assist with emergency top ups for vulnerable tenants Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience Strong knowledge of AP procedures and best practices Familiarity with ERP systems, Supplier Portals and Banking Platforms High attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Excel and data entry Empathy for others with strong emotional maturity Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
