Utility operator

Location:

Cupar, Fife, Scotland

Contract type and shift:

Permanent, two weekly rotation Monday to Friday & Tuesday to Saturday

Package includes:

Key Responsibilities:

+ Load finished product lorries accurately, ensuring correct feed types and conducting essential quality checks.
+ Manage raw material intake, including weighing vehicles, performing quality checks, and routing materials to appropriate storage.
+ Prepare and supply hand-tip additions for feed blending.
+ Maintain high hygiene standards across the mill, supporting and following hygiene improvement plans.
+ Support the achievement of food safety and comply with UFAS standards.
+ Adhere strictly to company health and safety regulations and contribute to site safety initiatives.
+ Participate in regular stock check activities and assist in tracking performance measures such as KPIs and hygiene scores.

Who We're Looking For:

+ Experience in food, agricultural, or production environments (essential)
+ Confident working with automated plant machinery (essential)
+ Feed mill experience (desirable)
+ Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
+ Highly organised with a calm, positive attitude under pressure
+ Open to innovation and able to adapt to changing business needs.
Basic PC skills required.
