Compare the Market is looking for a

UX Copywriter

with exceptional writing abilities. The role is key in empowering customers to gain control over their home financial management through delivering functional, supportive & directional copy that does not lose the 'Meerkat' fun. Working within the wider UX & Product teams, focused on understanding our customers pain points and behaviours to create engaging experiences. You must consider the end-to-end journey and know how the right choice of words and tone can align an experience.

Some great things you'll be doing:

Creation of clear and concise content for all digital elements, including headings, labels, navigational elements Continually review, test and iterate the current copy within the customers journeys Develop and maintain Compare the Market copywriting guide; be a brand guardian to ensure work represents our business and our customers Collaborate with Marketing and other relevant business functions for consistency of tone across all customer communications Drive a culture of user testing and research, to ensure copy meets our customer needs Share your knowledge with the wider team from design, product, editorial and tech teams to help colleagues become better writers

We'd like to see from you:

Excellent writing abilities Experience working in a digital environment & ideally a regulated environment Measuring copy improvements, agreeing key metrics Used to working within a technical environment alongside product, design and tech Attention to detail Experience in adapting tone of voice for different customer journeys in line with brand guidelines
