We're doing it all from our light and spacious HQ in Cardiff, where, as a UX Designer, you'll help us create the next wave of user interfaces, for our customers and partners interact with the company.
THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE
As a UX Designer, you won't just be designing wireframes -- you'll be shaping digital journeys that thousands of people rely on. You'll:
Help create seamless, accessible experiences across our platforms.
Support user research activities like interviews, surveys and usability testing.
Turn insight into action with wireframes, journey maps and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate closely with developers, project managers and designers to bring ideas to life.
Apply inclusive design principles to improve usability for all users.
Use feedback and data to continuously refine and improve designs.
This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute across the entire UX process, working on products that really matter to real people.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
You might start with a team check-in to prioritise tasks or review feedback. Mid-morning, you're wireframing a new feature with input from the project lead. After lunch, you're observing user testing on a new booking form and sketching refinements. By 4pm, you're in a cross-team design sprint, mapping out a better way for customers to compare matches. All in a day's work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
At least 3 years' experience in a UX or UX/UI design role.
A portfolio showcasing your work, demonstrating your thought process and methodology.
Confidence using Figma to prototype and design.
Knowledge of user-centred design and accessibility principles.
Ability to balance creative thinking with practical solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Someone who's curious, positive and always up for a design challenge.
BONUS SKILLS
(BUT NOT DEAL-BREAKERS)
Experience with user research and testing.
Awareness of HTML/CSS and front-end collaboration.
Understanding of design systems.
Familiarity with responsive/mobile-first design.
Knowledge of the property or home-moving sector.
