Who we are and what we do

-----------------------------

Compare My Move is a comparison and lead generation service helping UK movers compare and connect with trusted moving industry professionals for over 10 years.

We offer a variety of services for users to compare with many more on the way and our mission is to become the home of moving home. We're building the best network of verified partners from trusted professionals all over the UK, whilst saving home movers time and money on moving services and becoming a recognisable brand within our industry and beyond.

We are proud of the success we've had to date and are now looking to take the business to the next level. To help us meet our mission goals we are on the hunt for the best people in their fields. There's never been a better time to jump on board to help us get there and share in the rewards.

About the role

------------------

Compare My Move

, is revolutionising the home-moving experience. From removals and surveys to mortgages and probate, we've connected over 1.5 million movers in the UK with trusted professionals during life's most stressful moments. Our mission? To make moving simple, smooth, and stress-free. We're doing it all from our light and spacious HQ in Cardiff, where, as a

THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE

As a UX Designer, you won't just be designing wireframes -- you'll be

shaping digital journeys

that thousands of people rely on. You'll:

Help create seamless, accessible experiences across our platforms. Support user research activities like interviews, surveys and usability testing. Turn insight into action with wireframes, journey maps and interactive prototypes. Collaborate closely with developers, project managers and designers to bring ideas to life. Apply inclusive design principles to improve usability for all users. Use feedback and data to continuously refine and improve designs.

This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute across the entire UX process, working on products that really matter to real people.

? A DAY IN THE LIFE

You might start with a team check-in to prioritise tasks or review feedback. Mid-morning, you're wireframing a new feature with input from the project lead. After lunch, you're observing user testing on a new booking form and sketching refinements. By 4pm, you're in a cross-team design sprint, mapping out a better way for customers to compare matches. We want you!
