The Role
Network is looking for an ambitious Product UX Designer who understands user behaviour, works confidently with data, and can deliver high-quality, scalable design. You'll join us at a pivotal moment as we modernise our tech platform, evolve our design system, and transform the member experience for 2.8 million users.
Working within the Digital Product and Technology team and reporting into the Head of UX you will be responsible for conducting appropriate user experience research (UXR), using this to inform, shape and deliver user experience designs (UXD) across the CRO and broader Technology and Product roadmaps.
This role suits someone who already has solid UX craft, exposure to experimentation, and a good understanding of design systems - but wants a bigger stage, more ownership, and a clearer route to senior in the future.
The Person
2.5-5 years' experience in UX or Product Design within consumer-facing digital products (e-commerce or membership platforms preferred).
Good understanding of behavioural psychology principles and how they influence buying decisions.
Exposure to experimentation (A/B testing) and the ability to frame strong hypotheses.
A portfolio showing solid UX craft and design system usage.
Confident interpreting analytics, funnels, and test results (you don't need to be a data scientist).
Strong communicator with the ability to justify decisions with evidence, not opinion.
Growth mindset: hungry to develop into a senior role and drive real product impact.
Role & Responsibilities
Design high-quality, accessible, scalable interfaces within our design system.
Help evolve and maintain that design system as we modernise the platform.
Conduct user research and translate behavioural insights into clear design decisions.
Partner with CRO and data teams to design A/B tests with measurable outcomes.
Analyse funnel and behavioural data to spot opportunities and justify decisions.
Produce wireframes, prototypes, and UI flows that communicate intent clearly.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality work at pace.
Connect UX decisions to business outcomes: conversion, activation, engagement, RPAM.
Document and present insights and rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Continuously identify areas of friction and propose evidence-based improvements.
Why Join us?
Genuine ownership of high-impact journeys used by millions.
Opportunity to shape a modern design system from the ground up.
Direct involvement in experiments that materially affect revenue and growth.
Hands-on collaboration with CRO, Product, Data, and Engineering teams.
A clear path to senior based on impact, not years served.
A supportive environment for levelling-up experimentation, behavioural insight, and commercial thinking.
