About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented

UX/UI Designer

to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is fully remote within the UK and open to candidates across a wide experience range--from entry-level designers eager to grow, to seasoned professionals ready to take ownership of end-to-end design processes.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design user-friendly, engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across products. Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams for seamless implementation. Translate complex ideas into clear, elegant design solutions. Stay current with UX/UI best practices, tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

0-12 years of professional or practical UX/UI design experience (internships, academic projects, and portfolios accepted for junior applicants). Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes and polished UI work. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Understanding of UX methodologies, user research, prototyping, and usability testing. Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and colour theory. Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate in a remote environment. Experience working in agile environments. Knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks. Experience contributing to or managing a design system. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
