Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer who can create intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, translate them into seamless designs, and ensure a consistent brand experience across platforms. Your work will directly impact how our users interact with our products, so attention to detail and a human-centered approach is key.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior and needs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. Ensure consistency in design across all digital touchpoints and adhere to brand guidelines. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table. Translate complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces that enhance overall usability and engagement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI skills. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus. Passion for creating products that solve real user problems and deliver meaningful experiences.
