What You'll Do

We are looking for a highly experienced designer with a deep understanding of the payments and banking industry, who will collaborate closely with ex-founders of other fintech companies. The ideal candidate is Senior or Mid-Level but hungry to change payment behaviours. He/she will possess a strong knowledge of payment devices (hardware), payment apps (software), card schemes, digital wallets, other and new payment methods like open banking, PIX, Twint, Bizum, AliPay, WeChat. A deep insight into customer behaviours and how users interact with their finances is essential, as this role involves building and managing an innovative product that aims to redefine the $10.8 trillion point-of-sale market. This is a challenging opportunity that requires a product designer who can think critically about brand, user interactions, and pioneering design solutions, creating a seamless and intuitive experience that's never been done before.

Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role. Portfolio of design projects showcasing UX/UI design work. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects for UI animations). Excellent eye for selecting high-quality images and stock photos that enhance project aesthetics. Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. Solid understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid and basic code prototyping. Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
