We are currently recruiting experienced and proactive administrators to support a

school-based vaccination programme

across Bedfordshire (MK45). This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a vital public health service in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

What Makes This Role Different?


This is not a typical office-based admin role. You will split your time between the office and school sites, supporting the clinical team directly during vaccination sessions and providing essential administrative support on-site.

Key Responsibilities:



Support school-based vaccination clinics alongside clinical staff Prepare paperwork and documentation for sessions Assist with setup and breakdown at school sites Liaise with schools and internal teams Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping Follow all safeguarding, confidentiality, and clinical governance policies Complete mandatory training provided

Candidate Requirements:



Proven administrative experience (healthcare or education preferred) Comfortable working in schools and clinical environments Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure Strong communication and organisational skills A good sense of humour and strong team ethos Full driving licence and access to a car Willingness to complete mandatory training alongside clinical colleagues

Typical Schedule:



Start around 7:00 AM Attend school site with the team for a morning or full-day session Wrap up around 4:00-4:30 PM (depending on travel and location)
