Job Overview:

We are seeking a

Car Valeting Manager

to lead our team of valeters in a fast-paced, high-volume car supermarket. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the valeting department, ensuring all vehicles are cleaned, detailed, and prepared to the highest standards and ready for sale or collection.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of valeters to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality standards. Plan and coordinate daily workloads, ensuring vehicles are valeted and ready for sale in a timely manner. Inspect completed work to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly. Liaise with sales and preparation departments to prioritise vehicles based on deadlines and business needs. Ensure all valeting equipment and materials are maintained, stocked, and used safely. Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance to improve performance and maintain standards. Monitor productivity and timekeeping, addressing any performance issues. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with health and safety policies. Produce daily and weekly reports on output, quality, and performance.
