We are now seeking an exceptional

Valet Seamstress

to work within our talented team in delivering unparalleled team experiences.


Our

Valet Seamstress

will provide an efficient and welcoming service to all team members and guests, ensuring high standards of garment care, repairs, alterations, and embroidery.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Carry out high-quality repairs, alterations, and adjustments to team uniforms and guest clothing.

Provide embroidery services for uniforms, linens, and other items as required, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

Maintain excellent standards of garment care, pressing, and finishing.

Ensure all items are returned promptly, in pristine condition, and to the highest standard.

Maintain sewing equipment and embroidery machines in good working order.

Keep the valet and seamstress workroom clean, organised, and well stocked.

Provide a friendly and welcoming service, contributing positively to the overall team experience.

Respond to any requests or queries in a courteous and efficient manner.

What we would like you to bring:

Previous experience as a

Valet Seamstress

or similar role would be preferred. A passion for high quality guest service with attention to details. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests. Understanding and sharing our values: Truth, Love and Compassion.
