The Role



Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) and maintain compliance Work with project teams on design for manufacture, creating robust and compliant process specifications and product drawings Responsible for maintenance and updates to all product drawings on AutoCAD (training can be provided) Performing product and packaging testing including but not limited to qualification testing, validation testing, stability testing, transit testing Develop process validation and equipment qualification requirements (IQ, OQ, PQ) Ownership and maintenance of site validation master plan Overseeing and performing calibration of test equipment Ensuring upfront and ongoing external calibration activities Performing any routine and non-routine quality inspections Participate in internal and external audits Regular environmental monitoring of the cleanrooms, warehouse and premises Support Manufacturing in resolving quality and material issues promptly Attending and representing the department in the daily Operations meeting, when required Support training of site staff on Quality System procedures, as required Upholding cGMP onsite

Experience



Experience working with a Product Design / Manufacture / Operations with exposure to Quality Familiarity with ISO 13485 and UK and EU MDR Experience of researching, collating and analysing data Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment Experience with product and material testing, and inspections

Pay: 32,000.00-38,000.00 per year
