What does this team do?




Our Valuation & Modelling specialists provide clarity on complex valuation questions, develop robust financial forecasts and deliver industry insights to support critical decision-making. We work with a broad range clients (both corporate and public sector) and financiers to advise on a wide range of issues, including transactions, reorganisations, financial planning, investment cases, cash flow forecasting, cost transformations, regulatory matters and financial reporting.

What skills and academic qualifications do I need?




You'll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2026 for the Autumn 2026 intake.



Due to the technical nature of this area,

we are looking for graduates from a STEM degree background

so they can really excel in the type of work we deliver.

What kind of work will I do?




Within Valuations, we thoroughly examine various factors like past performance, future expectations, market conditions, management plans, and industry trends. We then provide robust analysis, often questioning management's assumptions, all backed by our deep commercial and industry knowledge. This helps our clients clearly see the true value, understand what drives it, and identify any risks, allowing them to make balanced decisions about price.



In our modelling work, we help clients understand and shape their business strategies. We do this by translating key financial performance drivers into dynamic models and analysis.



Responsibilities might include:

Thoroughly researching companies and industries Building robust financial models Applying and developing strong business and commercial acumen Translating complex analysis into clear, meaningful insights and narratives

Where will I work?


At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you're in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.

How will I develop?




As a Graduate within Valuation & Modelling, you will complete a relevant professional qualification.
