Role Introduction:
As a Value Creation & Onboarding Lead in our Education market team you will play a pivotal role in driving strategies that enhance customer experience, maximise value realisation, and support long-term business growth. This role requires a strong blend of analytical insight, customer-centric thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our customers achieve meaningful outcomes from our solutions. You will be instrumental in shaping onboarding journeys and value strategies that empower customers and reinforce our commitment to powering the world of work.
What You Will Do:
Lead, analyse and support onboarding programmes within the Education sector, tailored to customer strategic goals and vision.
Partner with clients to address complex strategic, operational, and organisational value-creation challenges.
Conduct monthly usage and engagement reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and intervention.
Collaborate with Commercial Units to deliver targeted value interventions.
Promote enablement and self-sufficiency within the customer base to ensure long-term sustainability.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and met to foster long-term partnerships.
What You Will Have:
Previous experience in a relevant role (e.g. Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Support etc) with a highly analytical and data driven element, would be advantageous.
Previous experience working within the SaaS sector, or as a user of relevant solutions would be advantageous.
Previous experience of the Education sector would be advantageous.
Proven ability to build networks and foster strong customer relationships.
Strong business insight and a customer-focused mindset.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
A reputation for reliability, transparency, and trustworthiness.
Deep understanding of sector and product knowledge relevant to the education and services landscape.
A proactive approach to using customer feedback and data to drive continuous improvement and team accountability.
