We're seeking a driven Sales Valuer to join our clients team and play a key role in securing new property listings. You'll carry out accurate property valuations, advise homeowners on pricing and marketing strategies, and build strong client relationships to ensure successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct accurate, data-backed property valuations.
Win new listings by demonstrating value and market insight.
Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring excellent service.
Collaborate with marketing to present properties attractively.
Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handovers.
Maintain compliance and accurate records in CRM systems.
Requirements:
Experience as a valuer or negotiator in the property industry.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
In-depth market knowledge and valuation expertise.
Results-driven, organised, and confident.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Full driving license and own vehicle required.
Desirable:
Strong local area knowledge.
Skilled in objection handling and negotiation.
Target-focused with a proactive mindset.
