We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual for the position of Delivery Driver. This role involves transporting goods efficiently and safely while ensuring excellent customer service. Duties

Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring timely delivery of goods to designated locations. Load and unload items from the vehicle, performing heavy lifting as required. Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and delivery confirmations. Communicate effectively with store staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.

Skills

Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is essential. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and best practices is highly desirable. Strong driving skills with a clean driving record. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is essential for success in this role.
