Job Description
At Powerhouse Hire, we specialise in DJ Equipment, Speakers, Lighting and Staging Hire for events. We are currently seeking a skilled Driver/Event Crew to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a van to transport goods and materials to designated locations.
- Load and unload cargo from the van.
- Ensure all items are securely fastened and protected during transportation.
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher.
- Work closely with other crew members to coordinate and execute seamless setups.
- Inspect and maintain the van, including checking fuel levels and tire pressures and report any vehicle malfunctions.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients
Requirements:
- Valid UK driver's license (at least 2 years) and a clean driving record.
- You must be over 25 (insurance policy).
- Previous experience as a van driver or delivery driver on long wheelbase van.
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and load/unload cargo from the van.
- Knowledge of flatbeds, warehouse operations, and mechanical equipment is desirable but not essential.
