We are looking for friendly drivers who are proud to deliver outstanding customer service on behalf of our charity. The role will include heavy lifting and moving and transporting furniture or goods from various locations to our retail sites and warehouse with our company van.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

Collaborate with the Distribution team to collect and distribute goods to multiple sites and locations Safely moving furniture and heavy goods in and out of customer premises, and

retail sites, taking care to cause no damage or injury Follow health and safety guidance when lifting, transporting and moving stock between locations and in and out of the company vehicle Ensure you are delivering as per the strategic plan and in line with company policies and procedures Provide excellent customer service at all times with the capability to navigate sensitive situations being mindful of the circumstances at all times

Essential requirements:

Due to Insurance purposes, applicants must be over the age of 25 Hold a clean Full UK driving license for a minimum of two years with category C1 To pass a Standard DBS check Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy/bulky items Experience with driving a commercial vehicle in a multi-drop role or delivery service Effective time management skills with the ability to manage own workload
