Job Description

We are looking for a Van Driver to join the Frontier team, based at Hermitage, on a permanent full-time basis.
You will be carrying out day-to-day activities of the site; to assist in the delivery of high standards of safety, quality and operations whilst being a part of a team that operates with integrity and accountability while delivering a high standard of customer service.
This is a great opportunity to start your career as a driver for Frontier, with training on offer to support your progress towards becoming a Class 2 Delivery Driver in the future.

About You

• Good communicator with the ability to consult with all team members and site management team
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst maintaining Frontier's ICE values
• Adapts quickly and successfully to accommodate changing business and customer needs, whilst providing a responsive customer focussed service
• Works to accommodate the seasonal nature of Frontier's business
• Adopts a customer first mindset while ensuring that compliance is maintained at all times that where relevant all internal procedures are adhered to at all times
• The ability to work collaboratively with others and to work without supervision
• Full UK driving license

• Category C driving licence (desirable but not essential - training will be provided for the right candidate)
• ADR & CPC (desirable but not essential - training will be provided for the right candidate)

Your Role
As a Van Driver your role will involve:

• Correctly delivering a range of agricultural products to farm (manual handling will be required)
• Working with our office and stores teams to pick and plan delivery routes
• Conducting vehicle checks
• Maintaining high standards of customer service whilst being the face of the company
• Flexibility with working hours during busy periods including overtime
• A strong focus on Health and Safety
• Assisting in all site's operational areas outside of peak times
