Job Description

Duties:
- In either your own van or one of our company vans, delivery of various sized goods from small bags to large boxes. The pay rate will be adjusted if you are in one of our vehicles to reflect van rental and insurance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving

- The role involves both deliveries and then client collections towards the end of the day - Main hours are Mon- Fri 7.30am - 17.30pm with a one hour break. Occasional Saturday mornings will be required on a rota basis 6.00am - 12 noon (Pay for this is additional and at a lower rate than weekdays due to reduced hours etc)

Qualifications:
- Valid, clean driver's license - If in your own van you must have Courier insurance
- Previous experience as a multi drop van driver is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy goods (Max 25-30kg)
- Excellent communication skills
