Job Description
Main Duties
Erecting, and servicing 'For Sale' boards for a variety of estate agency clients across the HA UB and W postcodes. Average daily work load between 40 - 60 property visits per day (numbers may vary throughout the year)
Using 'SignMaster3' the Agency Express online board management system and mobile application to manage work load
Skills required
General DIY skills. Must be comfortable using hand tools, drills etc
Must Be comfortable with ladder work
Personable, presentable and happy to take calls where needed
Organised, able to work by yourself and to use initiative when required
Clean driving license
Working Hours:
7/8am - 4/5pm Monday to Friday.Holiday Entitlement:
20 days, plus bank holidays.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
