Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Van Driver / Sign Erector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Erecting, servicing and retrieving Estate Agent 'For Sale' / 'To Let' boards for a variety of clients across the region.
Average daily work load of between 40-60 property visits per day (numbers will vary throughout the year).
This role requires excellent driving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Responsibilities
Candidates must be highly motivated, practical and well organised
Candidates must be comfortable working on their own and able to use own initiative when required
Personable, presentable and able to deal with Owners/Residents/Estate Agents in a professional manner during property visits
Good general DIY skills. Comfortable using hand tools, drills, use of ladder etc.
Comfortable working at heights
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Possess good communication skills
Clean driving licence with van driving experience essential
Full training will be provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
