Job Description
Main Duties
Erecting, and servicing 'For Sale' boards for a variety of estate agency clients across the NG, DE7 and DE75 postcodes Average daily workload 60 property visits per day (numbers may vary throughout the year) Using 'Signmaster3' the Agency Express online board management system and mobile application to manage work load.
Skills required
General DIY skills. Comfortable using hand tools, drills etc
Comfortable with ladder work Personable, presentable and happy to take calls where needed Organised, able to work by yourself and to use initiative when required Clean driving license
Working Hours
: 7/8am - 4/5pm Monday to Friday.Holiday Entitlement
: 20 days plus Bank HolidaysExpected hours
: No more than 45 per weekJob Type: Full-time
Pay: From 25,386.80 per year
