Responsibilities

Safely drive and operate the van to transport goods to designated locations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Load and unload goods, ensuring that all items are secured properly during transit. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.

Requirements

Valid commercial driving licence with a clean driving record. Previous experience as a delivery driver or van driver is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and customers. Experience in warehouse operations is an advantage. Capability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods. Flexibility in working hours, including potential early starts or late finishes as required by delivery schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.74-14.00 per hour
