We are seeking a reliable and professional

Courier Exchange Van Driver

to join our logistics network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels, pallets, or goods across a range of destinations, primarily using courier exchange platforms to find and complete delivery jobs. The role requires punctuality, professionalism, and strong communication skills to maintain excellent customer service standards and meet strict delivery schedules.

You will operate independently while managing daily workloads from courier exchange apps such as Courier Exchange (CX), Returnloads.net, or other logistics marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and deliver goods efficiently using a van. Monitor and accept jobs through courier exchange platforms. Plan delivery routes to ensure timely drop-offs and collections. Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintain roadworthiness. Obtain delivery confirmations (signatures, photos, digital records). Communicate professionally with clients, logistics coordinators, and customers. Handle parcels with care and ensure proper load securing. Maintain records of mileage, fuel usage, and completed jobs. Comply with driving laws, health & safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

Valid UK/EU driver's licence (Category B). Clean driving record preferred. Previous courier or van driving experience desirable. Smartphone with courier exchange apps (e.g., CX) installed. Good physical fitness (lifting and moving packages). High reliability, self-discipline, and time-management skills. Own or leased van (small to LWB, depending on job type).

Preferred Attributes:

Knowledge of courier exchange platforms and how to use them effectively. Familiarity with navigation tools (Google Maps, Waze, sat-nav). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with delivery of time-sensitive or high-value goods.

Pay: 23,000.00-30,000.00 per year
