We are seeking a dedicated Van Driver to join our customer delivery team based in Workington.

You will play a vital role in ensuring timely deliveries of home furniture and other products to customers throughout Cumbria. Your contribution will be essential to maintaining our reputation for excellent service.

Your new job

Safely operate the delivery van to transport goods to various locations. Load and unload furniture and fashion items efficiently and securely. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes. Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in excellent condition. Conduct routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is roadworthy and maintained properly. Assist in warehouse operations as needed. You will be assisted by a Drivers Mate.

About you

Valid driving license. Experience as a van driver or delivery driver preferred. Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction. Ability to handle physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods,
