Key Responsibilities:
Actively develop and optimise journey plans and ensure call cover plan for all targeted customers within territory
Able to cover retails and hospitality businesses nationwide
Van sales distribution within current clients and heavy focus on new business development within retail and hospitality sector
Daily stock management and ordering
Presentation of promotions and new products
Merchandising
Canvass new business/Set up new accounts
Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets/budgets
Attend monthly sales management meeting
Key Skills and Experience Areas:
Ability to sell effectively maximising the full portfolio
Ability to influence, negotiate and build relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good commercial acumen
Ability to recognise customer issues and develop viable commercial solutions in response
Ability to work flexible working hours including an occasional weekends due to events
Ability to maximise resources through effective prioritisation, time management and organisational skills
Team player who is comfortable working on own initiative and is trustworthy
