About The Role




Key Responsibilities:

Build lasting relationships with customers, guiding them through their car-buying journey. Showcase our impressive inventory of quality new, used and commercial vehicles matching customers with the right vehicle for their personal needs. Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets with your winning attitude.

Requirements:

Previous sales experience is essential. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers. Drive and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Must have a full driving licence.

Required Criteria



At least 1 years previous experience in a sales environment working towards targets A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C including Maths and English Full valid driving license required A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure Be able to work independently and also as part of a team Positive, confident, determined approach Driven to meet targets Time management skills Strong planning and organisational skills

Desired Criteria



Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous
