Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Vareo Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong of book binding equipment - ideally Vareo and Inifinitrim. This role involves operating complex machinery while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and paying particular attention to quality control.

Duties

Program products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met. Machine set up including size changeover, glue application, infeed of blocks. Trouble shooting with knowledge of fault code diagnostics Confidence in operational adjustments Perform heavy lifting as required, moving materials and products within the warehouse. Operate machinery safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety guidelines. Cleaning and preparing machinery, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Proficiency in using book binding equipment, particularly Vareo machinery Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as needed Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques related to the role. A positive attitude to training others
