Lecturer in Horticulture - You:
We are looking for individuals who have:
Industry Expertise: Substantial professional experience in horticulture, landscaping, garden design, or a related field.
Passion for Teaching: A strong desire to share your expertise and help others succeed.
Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Further Education Experience: Experience in Further Education is desirable but not essential.
