What You'll Need
Strong background in prototype, motorsport, automotive, or aerospace environments - bespoke/high-end experience essential.
All-round mechanical assembly skills across full vehicle build (suspension, steering, brakes); not limited to one discipline.
Ability to define/build processes - not just follow instructions; proactive attitude required.
Experience pressing bearings and handling medium-complexity mechanical assemblies confidently.
Mindset: proactive but process-oriented - brings ideas but respects established procedures; not overly rigid or too maverick.
