We're seeking two reliable Escort Drivers to join our team at Brize Norton RAF Site on a fixed term contract. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, this role is key to the safe and efficient movement of deliveries. You will be responsible for escorting convoys, communicating with drivers and authorities, and ensuring all operations comply with safety and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

Escort delivery vehicles safely around the RAF site Guide drivers along designated routes, managing access and security clearance as required Monitor site conditions and report any hazards, incidents, or delays to drivers and management Maintain effective communication with drivers, site security, and operational teams Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any safety concerns promptly Keep accurate records of all escorting activities and any incidents.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential Requirements:

Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) No criminal convictions - must be able to pass security vetting and background checks. Willingness to undertake airside driving training and assessment Must pass a CP2 colour perception test and a Safety Critical medical examination Good understanding of health and safety regulations Clear communicator with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Desirable:

Experience in escort driving or working on secure sites Familiarity with RAF or MOD site procedures and protocols.
