Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Demonstrations:

Providing thorough, informative, and engaging demonstrations of all motorhome/caravan features and systems, including electrical, water, heating, and appliances.

Technical Explanation:

Explaining how key systems work, how to operate them, and how to maintain them, including safety checks.

Paperwork Completion:

Ensuring all necessary handover documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Customer Support:

Answering customer questions, addressing concerns, and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Vehicle Familiarization:

Helping customers connect their mobile devices, set up Manufacturer remote services, and understand any other technology within the vehicle.

Sales Support:

Assisting the sales team with customer vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and other tasks as needed.

Maintaining Knowledge:

Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, including pricing, options, warranties, and specifications.

Preparing Vehicles:

Assisting with cleaning, valeting, and preparing vehicles for handover.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Excellent Communication Skills:

Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.

Customer Service Focus:

A passion for providing excellent customer service and exceeding expectations.

Technical Aptitude:

An understanding of motorhome/caravan systems and components.

Problem-Solving Skills:

The ability to quickly and effectively address customer concerns.

Organized and Detail-Oriented:

Ability to manage paperwork, maintain accurate records, and ensure thoroughness in all tasks.

Flexibility and Adaptability:

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Team Player:

Ability to work well with others and collaborate effectively with the sales team.

Driving License:

A clean driving license is often required for test drives and vehicle movement.

Leisure Industry Experience:

Experience in the leisure industry, particularly with caravans and motorhomes, is often preferred,

Pay: 26,000.00-27,500.00 per year
