About The Role
As a Vehicle Inspector, you'll be responsible for assessing daily vehicle arrivals and producing clear, accurate damage estimates when vehicles fall outside contract standards. You'll work efficiently to prioritise inspections in line with business targets and workflow demands.
What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out vehicle inspections using contract-specific guidelines
Accurately recording and estimating damage beyond standard wear and tear
Capturing and uploading high-quality images to support transparency for customers
Building strong working relationships across your team and other departments
Stepping in to support during busy periods with flexibility and a positive attitude
What We're Looking For
Experience working within structured processes, regulations, or compliance-driven environments
A keen eye for detail with strong knowledge of vehicle components across cars and commercial vehicles
Solid understanding of repair methods and confidence in selecting the most appropriate solution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and inspection tools
Proactive and flexible, with a positive approach to change and problem-solving
Strong time management, organisation, and teamwork skills--especially in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
