As a

Leasing Consultant

, you'll take full ownership of your customers -- managing every stage from initial enquiry to order. You'll handle live leads, build relationships, and guide customers through the leasing process using our in-house CRM system.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing customer enquiries from first contact through to order. Creating quotations and managing your deals through the company

CRM system

. Handling inbound calls and emails, building rapport and trust instantly. Liaising with dealerships and finance partners for pricing, stock, and lead times. Verifying details and processing credit applications accurately. Working closely with the wider team to ensure every customer gets a first-class experience. Hitting and exceeding personal and company targets with energy and consistency.

What We're Looking For

Confident, motivated sales professional with proven results. Strong communicator who thrives on building customer relationships. Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple live deals at once. Driven by achievement -- you'll love the buzz of turning opportunities into orders. Tech-savvy and confident using CRMs, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Positive, reliable, and ready to make an impact from day one. (Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.)
