Leasing Consultant - Reading

Are you a customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment?

We're looking for a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our growing Sales team and play a key role in managing customer enquiries and converting leads into successful leasing agreements.

This is a sales-driven, customer-facing role where you'll manage customers through their full leasing journey, delivering excellent service while ensuring compliance and best practice at every stage.

What You'll Do

Manage inbound customer enquiries and sales leads, responding in a timely and professional manner

Guide customers through the full leasing journey, ensuring a positive and compliant experience

Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted point of contact

Maintain accurate CRM records and keep all systems up to date

Take ownership of daily sales activity, tasks, and performance measures

Communicate regularly with your Sales Manager regarding performance and development

Support Senior Leasing Consultants and Sales Managers as required

Assist with complaint resolution where necessary

Ensure all interactions meet FCA guidelines and internal compliance standards

Identify potential risks and escalate appropriately

Adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

Experience working in a fast-paced sales or telesales environment

Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes

Previous experience in the motor industry or vehicle leasing.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused approach

Confident, approachable, and customer-focused

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
