Since 2013 Fleet Evolution have developed a fantastic award winning apprentice programme aimed at taking intelligent driven people to develop into leading lights within our organisation. All but 3 of our team have come via our apprentice programme and we have a proven track record in taking on talented people who want to develop a career but need a break into this programme and developing them into senior roles within the business.

The successful applicant will spend 15 months completing a level 2 or 3 NVQ in customer service or business admin while training in our driverline, orders and engagement teams who onboard customers and educate their team on electric cars.

We are currently looking for a friendly, approach individual to join our team. As a Driverline and Orders representative you will be responsible for providing a memorable and positive experience to every one of our drivers and partners. You will be expected to listen, deliver, and care throughout every interaction. Your role will also include

- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email

- Endeavouring to provide a seamless and effortless experience to customers when dealing with complex queries.

What the role involves

- To provide efficient and professional customer service to both customers and colleagues

- To be the first response for Driver queries

- Process driver documents

- Keeping relevant systems and spreadsheets up to date

- Place and manage vehicle updates

- Provide order updates to drivers

Joining our Driverline team is the ideal opportunity for a hungry individual to train and progress in a fast-growing company where your achievements will only be limited by your drive. After 15-18 months your salary will move to 25,000 with further opportunities to develop in a number of career paths. The lower salary in the apprentice programme is to enable you to be fully trained to include external training bodies, developing in areas we agree will benefit you and us.

Must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C (level 6 or higher) including Maths and English. You must be positive, hardworking, friendly, and open. Please note, we are in a remote location with poor public transport links so public transport is not viable.
