We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sprayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying coatings or finishes to various surfaces, ensuring quality and precision in every task. Duties

Prepare surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding, or masking as necessary Mix paints, coatings, or other materials according to specified formulas or instructions Operate spray equipment safely and efficiently to apply finishes evenly across surfaces Maintain and clean spray equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance Inspect finished work for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications Assist with surface preparation tasks such as sanding or surface repairs when required Follow health and safety guidelines diligently during all operations Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in spraying or coating applications is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in surface preparation and finishing processes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling materials or equipment Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
